Construction crews recently tilted wall panels for Gayteway Business Park’s Building G in Arlington, WA.
The third building to be constructed in the new industrial development, Building G broke ground earlier this year.
The 118,000 square foot building is a build-to-suit for Himalayan Corporation, the company known for the Himalayan Dog Chews, which is currently based out of Mukilteo, WA.
The building has 21 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, and a 30′ clear height.
Buildings B and C were completed in 2020. The 54 acre site was formerly home to Northwest Hardwoods and the Weyerhaeuser log mill.
