GENERAL EVENT INFO:
- Final day-of details (including golf teams) will be sent Thursday, September 12th.
- Beer/Wine/Seltzer drink tickets will be provided; non alcoholic beverages are free of charge.
- All employees are welcome, however lodging will not be provided.
GOLF SPECIFIC INFO:
- Golfer check-in opens at Noon, with a golf start at 1:00pm.
- Golfers should wrap up between 5:00pm - 5:30pm.
- If you would like to utilize the driving range beforehand, please arrive prior to check-in. Driving range is not included.
- Teams are to utilize scramble/best shot format to keep the game moving.
- Lunch is not provided, however your check-in bag will include a snack.
- There will be three Golf team prizes awarded for: Highest Score, Lowest Score and Best Dressed
- There are limited rental club sets at Blue Heron; available first come, first serve. You MUST email danyellek@sierraind.com to request.
- Please RSVP for the picnic portion as well if you plan to stay for dinner.
PICNIC SPECIFIC INFO:
- Picnic games and activities will be from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
- Please be sure to include ages for any picnic attending children so that we may organize age appropriate activities for them.
- As golfers finish their play, they will join the picnic festivities.
- A BBQ dinner buffet will be open at 6:00pm.
