Meet Dan

Dan Windon joined Sierra Construction as a Carpenter in 1999, and through skill and experience he moved to Foreman, Concrete Superintendent and then Project Superintendent before becoming the Portland team's Regional General Superintendent. His responsibilities include conducting regular jobsite inspections where he can bring his years of knowledge to the forefront of activities on the job, as well as assist the project teams with problem solving and dispute resolution. Dan will continue to monitor manpower resource needs on the Portland projects, while also acting as an advocate for the field crews.
