Meet Chris

Initially hired as part of Sierra’s field crew in 1991, Chris Kevil subsequently became Sierra’s General Superintendent and Director of Safety in 1997. His responsibilities include the management of Sierra’s safety program, policy implementation, enforcement and monitoring of all jobs, as well as overseeing all project staffing, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor relations and dispute resolution. He facilitates and oversees regular corporate safety meetings which include both management and field personnel. Chris has developed a program to inform, educate, and document safety procedures, and strives to provide opportunities for individuals to participate in order to increase awareness and commitment to safety.
