Project Description
Phase 1 of the Portland Portal development included the construction of a 130,000 square foot built-to-suit industrial distribution center, located at 172nd Pl and Sandy Blvd in Portland. This tilt-up building sits on a 12 acre site. The completed building has a 30′ clear height and 27 dock doors.
Phase 2 has three warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling just under 360,000 square feet. Building A is 110,000 square feet with 21 dock doors. Building B is 47,000 square feet with 10 dock doors; and finally the largest of the three, Building C, is 202,800 square feet and have 46 dock doors.
