Parkside Shops

Project Description

The Parkside Shops project is located in the Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver, Washington. The new retail building will total 8,798 square feet of space, and 6,025 square feet of that space is leased to a local brewery. The exterior of the building is a mixture of concrete panels, metal siding, and storefront, with a majority of the building exterior as storefront. The few concrete panels that are in the building will have a board formed exterior with clear sealer, allowing for a natural look. The interior structure will be clear sealed, leaving the inside with a natural wood-looking finish.
