La Z Boy
Project Description
The scope of work for this project involved taking an existing building that was previously a Staples, that was previously a Safeway, that was previously a Lumbermans on Front Street in Issaquah across from the Darigold Milk plant and ripped the front façade off and built-up a new façade with the traditional look of a La Z Boy. The project also involved taking the parking lot that was previously designed with angled parking and re-build it with straight-in parking by installing all new cast-in-place curbs, new landscaping and concrete crosswalk from the street, and do all of that while maintaining access to the landmark coffee stand in the corner of the lot throughout the winter.
