IPT Tacoma Logistics Center
Project Description
Sitework began in 2016 on a 58 acre site in the Port of Tacoma. Previously the site of the Simpson Lumbermill, sitework included demolition of buildings. The site was also mostly paved. This industrial development is much needed, with a historically low vacancy rate in the area. The completed project will add over a million square feet of industrial warehouse. Building A will be 280,525 square feet with a 32′ clear height, plus a 3,000 square foot mezzanine over 3,000 square feet of finished ground floor for office space. Building B will stand at 828,620 square feet with a 36′ clear height, which will have a 6,000 square foot mezzanine over 6,000 square feet of finished ground floor for a total of 12,000 square feet of office space. Building layouts can provide tenant spaces as small as 60,000 square feet. Watch this project from start to finish
