I-84 Self Storage

Project Description

Work began at the end of 2016 on this self-storage facility in Portland, Oregon. This project is four stories tall, and totals 121,220 square feet. The building was constructed with post tension slab for the first story structure and included four 50-foot tall cast-in-place shear walls. The clear height for the first floor is 16’. I-84 Self Storage has 824 floor units and 178 upper lockers, for a total of 1,002 storage units. These units are also climate-controlled and individually secured.
