Project Description
Georgetown Crossroads is a 589,615 square foot, three-story fulfillment center. This unique facility will provide much needed industrial facilities in an area with little available real estate. Level One is 240,000 square feet, 28′ clear height and is double-loaded with 66 dock high doors and 4 drive in doors, and truck access from multiple arterials. Level Two is 170,000 square feet and is another fulfillment level which is truck accessible via ramps, with 38 dock doors nad 2 drive in doors with a 24′ clear height. Level Three is a 180,000 square foot makers space with a 16′ clear height, providing build-to-suit office spaces divisible to 10,000 or more with forklift-accessible freight elevators. The site was finished off with a four story, 466 stall parking structure with three levels of post tension deck. This project broke ground in early 2017 and was completed at the end of 2018.
