Emerald Downs, Turf Club
Project Description
The Emerald Downs 5th floor renovation of Turf Club converted the entire 26,000 square foot level from a cafeteria and general seating area into a modern clubhouse bar, lounge and casino. The Card Room layout was reorganized to accommodate up to 15 tables the casino, while still providing an intimate and comfortable space. The Card Room bar received a significant renovation, complete with quartz countertops, high end finishes and accent LED lighting. The Central Bar was completely renovated, including the addition of a stage and media wall, creating a central social feature for the entire floor. The removal of the wall separating the elevator lobby and the Central Bar also created a more welcoming open entry for arrival. The old concession area was repurposed to provide a modern café experience with appliance and finishes upgrade, providing a more convenient general food service for the fifth floor. The scope of work for the entire level also included new flooring, wall finishes, wrapped columns, as well as specialty ceiling design to accommodate new lighting fixtures and surveillance control.
