Bridge Point I-5 Seattle
Project Description
The completion of Bridge Point I-5's Building 1 marks both Sierra and Bridge's largest Seattle area project to date.
The 1,023,692 square foot speculative building has a 40' clear height, double loaded dock configuration with 150 dock-high and 4 grade-level doors, and over 75 trailer and 490 auto parking stalls. Building 1 was constructed with a total of 198 panels. The tallest panel was just under 49' tall, while the heaviest rang in at 167,000lbs.
Sitework began in 2022 to prepare the 117 acre site, which was previously Lloyd Enterprises, Inc's material pit for the last 30 years. The slope of the site involved constructing over 82,000 square feet of MSE and 18,500 square foot soil nail retaining walls. Stormwater for the site is managed with a 18,000,000 gallon storemwater storage vault.
The remaining three buildings in the development will be completed in additional phases.
