A unique project, the 401 Lund Road building had a complete overhaul. The building had been abandoned, formally tenanted by KMB Trucking and Sparklett’s Water Products. It included the 54,000 square foot warehouse and office space, as well as a 9,600 square foot truck shop maintenance facility. Improvements included slab work, new windows, envelope and lighting upgrades both inside and out, new paint, asphalt sealant, and cabinetry.
