Sierra Construction Co. has finished Building A in Tarragon’s Salmon Creek Corporate Park at 3901 150th Ave Court E. in Sumner.

Building A is the first of two buildings that Tarragon is developing on the 18-acre site. A Tarragon news release says Building B’s site is preloaded, building permits are in hand, and construction could start this summer on that 132,400-square foot warehouse.

Building A is a 134,600-square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse that is divisible to 30,000 square feet and can accommodate up to four tenants. It has 30-foot clear heights, three office sections, 26 dock doors, four at-grade doors and 120-foot truck courts. There also is parking for 15 trailers and 92 cars.

Tarragon says development took more than a decade of working with the city and neighboring property owners on what was previously an undevelopable site constrained by a lack of access and utilities across Salmon Creek.

Tahoma Design Group was the architect and AHBL was the civil engineer.

Subcontractors were Miles Resources (paving), Panelized Structures (roof structure), AAA Welding (steel fabrication), Weatherguard Roofing, Patriot Fire Protection, Olsen Electric and Teufel Landscape.

John Sullivan and John Gilliland at CBRE are the leasing agents.
