Sierra tilts Sumner warehouse

Sierra Construction Co. recently tilted concrete panels for Panattoni Development’s Tamarack Distribution Center at 1607 136th Ave. E. in Sumner.

The 159,250-square-foot building is expected to be finished in April. It will have a 30-foot clear height, hybrid roof, concrete truck aprons, two office nodes and steel canopies over entryways.

Kermit Jorgensen and Scott Price of Neil Walter Co. are in charge of leasing. Rates are 41 cents for shell and 85 cents for office, and the building can be divisible to 60,000 square feet.

Insurance giant MetLife is investing in the project with Panattoni.

Innova Architects is the civil and structural engineer, as well as architect.

Sierra’s team is led by senior account manager Chris Fusetti, project manager Matt Enany and superintendent Jon Gebow.

Subcontractors are AAA Contractors, Anstrom’s Mobile Welding, Budget Door, Cascade Door & Hardware, Evergreen Refrigeration, Jenco Building Services, Steckler Construction, Pacific NW Rebar, Lazer Crete, Marvin Sheet Metal, Miles Resources, Miles Sand & Gravel, Ness & Campbell Crane, Olsen Electric, Panelized Structures, Patch Hands, Patriot Fire Protection, Rainier Glass, Rainier Surveying, Ralph’s Concrete Pumping, T. Barger Dirtworks, Teufel Landscaping, Tri-Star Roofing, Transit Plumbing and Western Superior Structurals.
