Sierra tilts first of three buildings in Koch Corporate Center

Walls were tilted for the first of three buildings at the Koch Corporate Center located in Tualatin, Oregon this past week.

The corporate center is designed for tenants with distribution or warehouse needs and includes build-to-suit office space. With the tilt-up completed April 21^st, Building 1 totals 201,300 square feet with 32’ clear height and is the largest building in the Park.

The remaining two buildings, Building 5 (60,000 square feet) and Building 8 (46,875 square feet) will be tilted in May.

The Koch Corporate Center also has two buildings, Building 6 (56,250 square feet) and Building 7 (43,750 square feet), which were completed in 2015. PacTrust has plans to add three additional buildings in a future development.

Sierra Construction Co., Inc. is the general contractor for the Koch Corporate Center and Mackenzie is the architect.
