More on the night’s winner: Prologis Park Tacoma is the premier logistics center in the PNW and is designed for today’s logistics and port-centric users; includes amenities such as ample dock-high loading doors, generous 130’ truck courts; efficient traffic flow with separate private drive-aisles; and the ability to secure individual buildings. Located less than 1/2 mile to I-5 and directly abutting SR-509 and the planned interchange with the SR-167 extension. This site offers a preeminent location in the market.
