Project Update: Ridgefield Commerce Center

Sierra’s tilt crew and NessCampbell Crane recently completed erecting the wall panels at Ridgefield Commerce Center.

The 117,000 square foot Class A industrial building broke ground May 2019. Currently under construction, this building will have a 30’ clear height with a 6” reinforced concrete floor. The building is designed to be divisible to 21,922 square feet. This building will also have 28 dock-high doors and four grade level drive-thru doors. Also known as S 11th Industrial, this project is due for completion this fall.
