Project Update: Project Piper

Project Piper’s first tilt phase was completed at the end of September. 66 panels, and included the smallest panel in the building, at only 54′ tall and 73,340lbs. (yes, only)

Breaking ground spring of 2017, Project Piper will be a 857,000 square foot distribution center to occupy three previously vacant lots in the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park. The 74 acre site will also have 2,500 car parking spaces, 276 trailer parking spaces, and over 60 loading docks.
