Watershed Apartments is a six-story apartment building with surface parking, as well as one level of at-grade secured parking garage with EV charging stations. This complex is an affordable housing project that is leased to households earning 50-60% of King County's annual median income, but features at-market amenities and finishes including in-unit washer/dryers, LVP flooring with carpeted bedrooms, as well as quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms.
Levels 2 and 6 have residential outdoor amenity spaces, including lounge seating and BBQs. Other amenity space includes a community room with a kitchen, communal table, lounge, game space and TV; a fitness center with weights and cardio equipment, and secure bike storage with repair station.
