Project Completion: ULINE Expansion

The 189,810 square foot expansion to ULINE's S6 Distribution Center has been completed. 

Constructed in 2017, the original distribution center was 810,988 square feet. The expansion included the relocation of 24 tilt wall panels on the west wall, 333' feet to the west.

The scope also included 1,682 square feet of additional office space and associated build-out, as well as 26 dock-high doors which replaced 4 existing windows.
