Project Completion: Traxx

TraxxFin (1)

Traxx is a seven-story mixed use apartment building with 210 apartment units ranging from studio to three bedroom units. The third building constructed within the Terrace Station development, Traxx as a stand-alone mixed use residence has it's own extensive lineup of amenities. The entire building features a state of the art technology package with a ultra high speed internet service that will provide symmetrical 1gbps for all residents in the community. Each apartment home comes with custom casework, energy-efficient appliances, as well as convenient features like a washer and dryer, expansive wardrobe closets, as well as 15' vaulted ceilings, private patios and balconies in select floor plans. Traxx is also all inclusive in the pet-friendly department, with no breed or weight restrictions, as well as a pet grooming station, park and relief area for residents' four-legged companions. The main floor club room features a kitchen, TV and entertainment area, as well as multiple workspace pods and conference rooms.

Interior corridors are naturally lit with windows facing one of the three separate outdoor courtyards. The massive rooftop plaza offers multiple spaces for activities and smaller gatherings, highlighted by landscaping, trellis covered seating, and games. The resident lounge even features green screen room for the social media artist. Elements of historic rail stations are seen all across the building, including the subway tile-lined round tunnel breezeway capped with the backlit analog clock, to the retro flipboard in the resident lobby.
