Project Completion: Redmond Ridge 116 & 117

PC RR 116 117

Recently completed, this Redmond Ridge project included the construction of two concrete tilt-up buildings, Building 116 (45,015 square feet) and Building 117 (40,625 square feet). The floor plan is set up to allow for up to four tenants per building. Building 116 has a sawtooth footprint which maximizes the use of the site while creating architectural interest. The project also included weather-protected areas under a soffit in lieu of external canopies for customers. Both buildings share a central loading dock allowing storefronts to face the street.
