Project Completion: Puyallup West

The Puyallup West Distribution Center is a 170,592 square foot warehouse on 10 acres located in Puyallup. Sitework for this project included widening of the Valley Avenue bridge and making traffic signal modifications at the intersection of Valley Ave and 27th Ave. Ct. NW.

The project features 30’ clear height, 44 dock high and 4 at grade doors, ESFR fire sprinkler system, an electric storm pump lift station, and 120′ truck courts with 60′ deep concrete truck aprons. Puyallup West is an Avenue55/Cabot project, and the project team also included Craft Architects, Shutler Consulting Engineers, Barghausen Consulting Engineers and TENW.
