Project Completion: Marysville Corporate Center, Buildings 101-104

The Marysville Corporate Center was built for Portland-based PacTrust, totaling over 600,000 square feet.

The first phase on 15.1 acres included the construction of four speculative concrete tilt up buildings. All four buildings have a 24’ clear height.

  • Building 101: 55,970 square feet
  • Building 102: 63,850 square feet
  • Building 103: 73,880 square feet
  • Building 104: 73,880 square feet

Buildings 101-104 are part of the first of two phases constructing a total of eight warehouse/manufacturing buildings when completed.
