Project Completion: Koch Corporate Center, Buildings 1, 5 & 8

The Koch Corporate Center is located in Tualatin, Oregon. The three buildings were designed for tenants with distribution or warehouse needs and includes build-to-suit office space. Building 1 is the largest building in the Corporate Center totaling 201,300 square feet. Building 5 is 60,000 square feet and Building 8 is 44,875 square feet. The project broke ground in January 2016 and was completed in October.

Sierra is also the general contractor for the buildings 10, 11 and 12 of the Koch Corporate Center, which is currently in progress. Building 10 will total 38,800 square feet, building 11 will be 42,500 square feet and building 12 will be 46,000 square feet. Sierra completed Buildings 1, 5 and 8 Winter 2016.
