The City of Kent and Puget Sound-based developer Tarragon celebrated the completion of the Kent Station mixed-use, transit oriented development (TOD) last Thursday.
The final phase of the project included the construction of Dwell at Kent Station, a 154-unit, four story plus ground level parking apartment building. Units include a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units, some including dens.

As a Built Green project, Dwell at Kent Station offers a long list of amenities. Residents have access to two secured courtyards that include a covered fireplace, bocce ball court, ping-pong, and a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, resident planters and dining area. Other features include bike storage, 24-hour parcel locker service, hobby room, community lounge, and a fitness room, as well as a dog run and wash.
Now completed, Kent Station offers over 470,000 square feet of residential, entertainment, dining, office, educational, and shopping uses to downtown Kent.
