Project Completion & Updates at Terrace Station

MLT (1)

Terrace Station, a 14-acre three-phased mixed use development in Mountlake Terrace, has changed the view along I-5 in Mountlake Terrace.

Constructed alongside Lynnwood’s Link light rail, Building 1 was completed in December.

Standing six stories high, the 470,000 square foot mixed-use Building 1 is comprised of 258 residential units, two levels of underground parking, and 60,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Evergreen Academy occupies 18,000 square feet of the retail space, providing private education services for up to 273 children.

Van Ry Boulevard, a new public roadway connects the Main Street Project to the Gateway Plaza retail area at 236th, next to the Sound Transit Mountlake Terrace Light Rail Station and I-5, southwards to 244th Street SW. The road’s grand opening to the public was held January 22.

The residential lobby will have the leasing office, lounge and mail room, with the first residential floor including clubroom, fitness, and private workout and conference rooms. The ground floor features up to eight individual retail spaces totaling 16,000 square feet, and the south retail features a 1,600 square foot outdoor patio.
