Construction began last fall on a 63,075 square foot shell and tenant improvement construction project on a 3.8 acre site in Fairview, Oregon for AGC Heat Transfer. Built by concrete-tilt up construction, this building has 5,959 square feet of office space, with the remaining portion dedicated to manufacturing, warehouse storage, and assembly. The project also featured four, 5-ton interior bridge cranes.
