Sierra has begun construction on a four story, mixed-use commercial building in Ballard, Washington.
Avenue 55 is developing the new 71,460 square foot light industrial/flex space project. The space is divisible down to 4,000-8,5000 square feet. The project will feature a central freight elevator with clear heights of 20′ per floor, and also includes parking for 46 vehicles.
This project is due for completion at the end of 2018.
