Watershed Apartments is a future six-story apartment building with surface parking, as well as 1 level of at-grade secured parking garage with EV charging stations. This complex is an affordable housing project that will be leased to households earning 50-60% of King County's annual median income, but will feature at-market amenities and finishes including in-unit washer/dryers, LVP flooring with carpeted bedrooms, as well as quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms.
Levels 2 and 6 will have residential outdoor amenity spaces, including lounge seating and BBQs. Other amenity space includes a community room with a kitchen, communal table, lounge, game space and TV; a fitness center with weights and cardio equipment, and secure bike storage with repair station.
This project is due for completion late 2023.
