New Project: Tacoma Gateway II

Sierra Construction has broke ground on a 273,816 square foot speculative warehouse in Parkland, Washington for Panattoni Development.

Located on a 16.6 acre site on Spanaway Loop Road, Tacoma Gateway II will have 4 acres of yard with 230+ trailer stalls. The site was acquired this past summer and was previously home of Heartland Express.

The completed speculative building will have a 36’ clear height, 61 dock high doors, 4 grade level doors, and over 150 parking spaces.

This project is expected to be completed next spring.
