Sierra broke ground on Phase II of the Portland Portal business park in June. The 22 acre site will have three warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling just under 360,000 square feet. Building A will be 110,000 square feet with 21 dock doors. Building B will be 47,000 square feet with 10 dock doors and finally the largest of the three, Building C, will be 202,800 square feet and have 46 dock doors. This project is due for completion Summer 2019.
