New Project: Northwest Logistics, Building 2

Sierra broke ground last fall on a speculative 628,640 square foot distribution building. This is the second building in the Northwest Logistics Center which is located in DuPont, WA. ‘Building 2’ sits on a 32-acre site adjacent to Building 1, which was completed in 2014. Building 2 will have 107 overhead doors and a 36’ clear height.

This project utilizes tilt-up construction, which will be completed in two phases. In total, Building 2 will have 148 tilt panels and use 21,660 cubic yards of concrete for its construction.

This project is due for completion later this year.
