New Project: Hogum Bay Logistics Center, Buildings 4 & 5

Located in Lacey, Washington, the Hogum Bay Logistics Center is a new construction state-of-the-art industrial development. In total, this development contains three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. This phase of the project includes the construction of Buildings 4 (144,000 square feet) and Building 5 (155,000 square feet). Both buildings will have a 32’ clear height and 130’ truck courts. This project is due for completion Q1 2019.
