The Hedges Creek Industrial park includes the construction of three, speculative industrial buildings totaling 452,000 square feet on a 20.7 acre site in Tualatin, OR.
- Building A: 148,485 square feet
- Building B: 142,300 square feet
- Building C: 151,250 square feet
All three buildings will have 32’ clear heights. Offsite work includes a new signal and associated improvements at the intersection of 124th Ave and Myslony St.
This project is due for completion in Q3 2025.
