New Project: Georgetown Crossroads

Georgetown Crossroads is a 589,615 square foot, three-story fulfillment center. This unique facility will provide much needed industrial facilities in an area with little available real estate. Level One is double-loaded with truck access from multiple arterials. Level Two is another fulfillment level which is truck accessible via ramps. Level Three is a makers space, providing build-to-suit office spaces divisible to 10,000 or more with forklift-accessible freight elevators. This project broke ground in early 2016 and is slated for completion Q3 of 2018.
