New Project: Frederickson Industrial

The Frederickson Industrial project is a 60,200 square foot Class A industrial warehouse space to in the south area of Frederickson. The building will feature LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, 1,500 square feet of office space, and 51,000 square food yard. A tenant will occupy the property on a long term lease. Expected completion is Q2 2022.
