The Bridge Point Tacoma 2MM development will bring over 2.4 million square feet of speculative industrial product to the Tacoma region. Sitting on 160 acres previously owned by BNSF Railway Company, the site required substantial environmental remediation. Additional environmental mitigations include critical area improvements, wetlands and stream restoration, tree protections, new plantings, a new truck access road, improvements to South Madison Street, and bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
The first building is expected to tilt in early 2025.
