Baker View Logistics Center is a 166,590 square foot speculative industrial building that will have a 36' clear height. When completed, the building will have over 175 parking stalls.
Work began on the 12 acre site in SW Everett just east of Seaway Boulevard in May. The site had been long vacated, but was previously a bbq joint and driving range. Baker View is located just east of Seaway Boulevard.
The project team had their first concrete slab pour on June 16th. This project is due for completion in January 2024.
