Sam came to Sierra in 2011 with 7 years of construction field experience. Starting as Project Engineer, Sam has been involved with various product types including multi-family/mixed use, commercial retail, concrete tilt, industrial rehab, and auto dealership. Now a Project Manager, Sam’s most recently completed project was River’s Edge Apartments in Monroe, WA and is currently managing Eclipse Apartments in Seattle, WA.
