An Oregon State University graduate and a part of the team since 2012, Rory began his career at Sierra working as a Project Engineer on a tenant improvement project. Based out of our Portland office, Rory traveled to one of Sierra’s farthest reaching projects in Nampa, Idaho to be an onsite Project Engineer in 2014. His projects have included 200+ unit apartments building to a big box grocery store. Rory excels in his ability to facilitate communication between project teams
