Employee Spotlight: Matt Enany

060B3077

Matt is a Project Manager for Sierra. Hired in 2008, his first project was the Kilo 6 Hangers at Paine Field in Everett, where he was a project engineer for both Building C and B’s shell and tenant improvements. In 2011, he left to pursue marketing, a field he had always wanted to try. After multiple ‘meetings’ with Bryan Ploetz, Matt was convinced 18 months later to come back to Sierra, and says it was the best decision he’s made. Matt is currently working on a 770,000 square foot tilt up near Port of Tacoma for Prologis.

Back in 2007 one of my old roommates (Jared Lyons) was a PE for Sierra and he always talked about how great of a company Sierra was and how much fun the team had at work and outside of work. I interviewed with HR and the rest is history.

Where is your favorite place to be?
