Central Park Tennis Club at 5820 125th Lane NE in Kirkland has undergone a 31,440-square-foot expansion.
A new concrete tilt-up building with four tennis courts brings the club’s total to 12 indoor and 6 outdoor courts. The building also has restrooms, court access and viewing areas, storage and maintenance.
Parking was added along with a plaza and esplanade using offset concrete fence walls and bollard lighting. A rain garden connects the old campus to the new building.
A multi-use path was created along Northeast 60th with an extension to the local elementary school.
Construction was finished in January.
