TCO: Stadium Apartments

"All,

I am happy to announce that the Stadium Apartments received its TCO today, allowing move ins to begin tomorrow morning at 8am. This project began in September of 2016 with a sewer and overhead power relocation, followed by the excavation of the 3 story parking garage during the wettest time of the year. As a team, we managed to maintain schedule and complete our Concrete and Framing in September of 2017. This project had its many difficulties and challenges along the way, and without the positive attitudes and hard work of Bob, Gary and our Field Crew we would not have made it to the finish line on time.

I would like to give a special thank you to Bob Carrasco, Diane Yoo, Gary Wood, Tommy James, Ulises Gonzalez, Jon Wood, Alex Hammer, Billy Hohenstein, Holt Cameron, Sean Fowler, Ken Green, Kyle Tracy, and Aj Fraiman for their hard work, and many sacrificed weekends to bring this job to a close, on time to a very appreciative client.

Thank You to John Barnes for the Continued support throughout the project and handing off a great relationship with the Developer from a previous project. Also, last but not least, Thank you to Lisa Diebler for her hard work and keeping our many difficult subs in line for the past 22 months."
