TCO: Linden Flats

"I am happy to announce that the Linden Flats project received TCO May 10th. A massive thanks goes out to Jon Gebow, Stephen Carey, Ivan Alvarez, Manny Roa, and Eduardo Equihua who have all performed at an extremely high level in order to deliver this building to a very satisfied client a month ahead of schedule and under budget.

As you all know, these projects are a complete grind and require a massive amount of QA/QC from start to finish that can really wear on everyone involved. The positive and professional environment that Jon created and maintained for 18 months is something that multiple trades have gone out of their way to tell me they have never seen before. It’s amazing what a sub will do for you when they like coming to your jobsite every day. I would also like to thank Kory Knudson for setting us up to succeed and overseeing the project from start to finish, as well as Heather Muzzy for her part in making this another successful Multi-Family project for Sierra. "
