TCO: First Industrial Glacier

"I am happy to announce that the First Industrial Glacier Project in Sumner has received its TCO as of 4/1/19. This project began in October of 2018. Due to the size of the slab and space available, the 65,000 SF building consisted of two separate panel pours and two separate tilts for a total of 55 Panels. Our crews were able to work through some very difficult weather and wet site conditions in order to keep us on schedule through concrete. This allowed Sierra to turnover a very nice looking product to a new client on time. Special thanks to Kirk MacGowan, Bob Carrasco, Ulises Gonzalez, Katelyn Fitzgerald, Christie Adams, and our hard working Field Crew that got us through the wet winter as well as helped to close it out.
