I am excited to announce that yesterday, September 5th, BFI1 – “The Hive” received it’s TCO. This project started back on February 14th as a spec TI and evolved into a course of hills and valleys as the client turned to an “on the fly” design basis. 6 ½ months later the team persevered and the client’s needs and deadlines were met. The success of the project would not have been possible without the lineup of Ron St Jean, Andy Bley, Diane Yoo and May Jensen."
