Superintendent Wayde Turner's time at Sierra goes back to the Tramco hangar days at Paine Field. He was drawn to Sierra because of their expertise in concrete work. "What brought me to Sierra was that we performed the site concrete with our own crew. We have a great crew and its fun to work with these guys. Definitely a family atmosphere here with the field and office people." Wayde also appreciates that there is no 'typical' day for him. "You never know whats going to happen from day to day."
