Sam came to Sierra with a little bit of variety in his resume. "Construction labor, bus boy, pizza guy, commercial demolition, and concrete to name a few." Starting as a Project Engineer in 2011, Sam has been involved with various product types including multi-family/mixed use, commercial retail, concrete tilt, industrial rehab, and auto dealership. Now a Project Manager, Sam’s most recently completed project was River’s Edge Apartments in Monroe, WA and is currently managing Eclipse Apartments in Seattle, WA.
